The Gate Radio station and others like them continue to keep Caspar McCloud Band's music in rotation.
Pastor Caspar McCloud is a virtuoso guitarist, singer, and songwriter, an acclaimed portrait artist, as well as an equestrian, ordained minister, and bestselling author of five books. McCloud had the honor, privilege, and distinction of being the only Christian act on the bill with numerous legendary artists at what was the 50-anniversary celebration of Woodstock, renamed the We Festival in 2019, and relocated to North Carolina. Kenn Moutenot of the We Festival 2019 added, "Great performance Caspar. You are the only artist to perform twice. Thoughts & prayers."
Juma Sultan, who played in Jimi Hendrix's band at Woodstock in 1969, played with Pastor Caspar and his band Sunday morning at this historic event. Pastor Caspar shared a message of Christ's mercy, grace, and agape love with everyone there. Pastor Caspar and his band were booked straightaway for the Vision Festival in May 2020.
A modern-day Renaissance man, Pastor Caspar McCloud has wowed fans and fellow guitarists with his lightning-fast technique, his use of effects, a la his friend and mentor Phil Keaggy, as well as his gentle, serene, Celtic classical acoustic playing.
Pastor Caspar signed to Atlantic Records after leaving his home in England for New York City and was touted as the "next Jimi Hendrix" by the legendary Ahmet Ertegun, CEO, and Founder of Atlantic Records. Befriended by Phil Keaggy, seven years of patient witnessing culminated in Pastor Caspar giving his heart to Christ on an airplane in the midst of a personal crisis. Pastor Caspar yielded his heart to Christ and his considerable talents as well. He has recorded numerous projects since his first now the rare UK release “Messin’ Round," which is an in-demand collector’s item.
Pastor Caspar’s early recording “Upon This Rock” gained him national acclaim with his single I Need The Lord. Pastor Caspar and his band, “The Ministry of Three” have recorded, In Adoration, The Living Word, Soul Saved, In Our Lifetime, World Without Borders, and his solo recording Dead Men Like Me Are Just Happy to Be Alive, released in 2014. A remake of the album and song In Adoration was released in 2015 and Faithfulness the Anthology, Communion in 2016. 2017 saw the release of the all-acoustic “Pictures of Jesus” followed by “Revelation Rocker” in 2018.
Pastor Caspar’s album, “Game Changers” was released in January 2020 before the world went into a literal game-changer. Glenn Taylor, who co-produces and engineers for Pastor Caspar's friend Tommy James (and the Shondells) also engineered and co-produced “Game Changers.” Tommy James has introduced Pastor Caspar to his audiences in concerts a number of times proclaiming that he considers Pastor Caspar one of the best guitarists he has ever known. At the end of 2020, Pastor Caspar McCloud Band released Black Swan also produced by Glenn Taylor, adding violinist and vocalist Renae Truex to the band along with long-time drummer, vocalist Carlos Merced, and Keyboardist, vocalist Donovan S.L. In 2021 they have released two new singles Nanobots and Cheat To Win. Everywhere the band performs people have been absolutely delighted and encouraged. The positive chemistry between the band members is nothing short of electrifying energy and interactions between them that are clearly Holy Spirit lead.
In August 2021 the Back To Back album was released when they performed at Bards Fest in Saint Louis Missouri with over 10 million watching online and is expected to be another significant landmark classic album.
They are preparing to release a new Album in near future titled Walking In Authority which features many erudite conference speaker friends of the band on the cover, such as Dr. Carrie Madej, Dr. Lee Merritt, and Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, and Dr. Bryan Ardis to name a few.
Solo projects like Healing Music and Mercy, Grace, and Love feature more of Pastor Caspar’s classical Celtic worship acoustic style. He has played and recorded with many celebrities and friends over the years including from the secular music field: Tommy James and the Shondells, Rick Derringer, Michael Shrieve, and Michael Carabella of Santana, Matt Bassionett, of Joe Satriani band, G3 and Ringo Starr band, the late Eddie Zynn of FogHat, and Hall and Oates.
Pastor Caspar has performed and recorded with his friend and mentor Phil Keaggy, Peter Furler, and Jody Davis, the Newsboys, John Waller, The Smalltown Poets, Disciple, Susan Ashton, and David Teems from the Christian music industry.
The single released in August 2020 Like A Thief In The Night takes on the issues of the world in the pandemic crisis, produced again by Glenn Taylor.
Pastor Caspar is also a world-class portrait artist with a Pre-Raphaelite approach, specializing in Equestrian subject matter. Some of his work is included in the personal collections of the British Royal Family.
Pastor Caspar’s first book was his inspiring autobiography entitled, Nothing is Impossible, which includes his testimony of turning from the glittery, rock star world to wholeheartedly following Christ as a result of his long-term friendship with Phil Keaggy. The book also shares the dramatic story of his medically verified healing of an incurable heart condition.
His second book, What Was I Thinking published by Destiny Image, deals with the spiritual roots of disease and the science of epigenetics, which is the science of how thought affects physiology, as seen through the lens of the Holy Bible. Exposing the Spirit of Self Pity, continues that theme, focusing on the deleterious effects of self-pity. The Shroud of Turin Speaks for Itself with fellow British co-author Simon Brown reached the #1 spot on Amazon. Pastor Caspar’s most recent books are Spiritual Encounter With the Shroud: Pastor Caspar McCloud Interviews with Dr. L.A. Marzulli, and Unmasking the Future - A Guide to End-Time Prophecies and Today's Headlines. Pastor Caspar's song America was featured in the popular Trey Smith film "Trump Prophecies," with well over 5 million views.
Pastor Caspar’s amazing testimony was filmed and aired as a feature entitled “A Night of Miracles” on TBN. He has also appeared on such major TV shows as CBN’s “The 700 Club,” Skywatch TV, WATC’s “Atlanta Live” “Friends and Neighbors,” and Dove Broadcasting's “Niteline.” Pastor Caspar also hosts a weekly internet radio show, “Spiritual Encounters,” featuring such guests as Dr. L. A. Marzulli, Gary Stearman, Daniel Kolenda, Dr. Sherri Tennpeny, and Dr. Carrie Madej, U.K. Nurse Kate Shemirani, and many others. Pastor Caspar is a frequent guest speaker at Bible Prophecy conferences with some of the most erudite, cutting edge researchers and best-selling authors and speakers of our day, including, Pastor Carl Gallups, Rabbi Zev Porat, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, Derek, and Sharon Gilbert, Dr. Tom Horn, Paul McGuire, Dr. Michael Lake, and others. He is currently working on music projects with Rock Legends, Tommy James and the Shondells, Rick Derringer's Band, and Carmine Appice.
McCloud is Senior Pastor at The Upper Room Fellowship in Ball Ground, GA, and is associated with Son Rise Church and Ministries in Dallas Texas, and churches in the UK. He lives in Canton, Georgia, with his beloved wife, Joan, near their two grown children Derek and Hayley, and his horse, Mr. Bob.

Tales Of A Wandering Prophet
"Once again we felt burned by a "prophesy" that did not come true. We couldn't help feeling wounded and confused all over again.
But God was using every moment of that pregnancy experience to graduate us to new levels of faith. One lesson involved Vicki's miraculous healing from a sickness rooted in unresolved issues with her father. Vicki had developed gestational diabetes during her forth pregnancy and developed it again during her fifth. She failed a glucose intolerance test. Frustrated that God would not deliver her from it, I remembered meeting a minister named Caspar McCloud who was knowledgeable about the spiritual roots of disease. We received ministry and prayer from Caspar one evening by phone.
"let me ask you, Vicki, have you suffered from abandonment and a broken relationship with your father?" he said.
Vicki's mouth nearly hit the floor. How could he have known that? Could that really be the cause of the diabetes instead of hormonal imbalance as the doctor had suggested?
Vicki went through prayer steps to forgive her father, received her heavenly Father's love, and received healing.
To our amazement, her symptoms disappeared immediately after the phone call. She took a glucose intolerance test the next day and passed it! Doctors say that gestational diabetes goes away once a woman gives birth and her hormones return to normal, but not during pregnancy. God was healing Vicki's body, and soul and showing us He was with us."
