Brothers and sisters, here I'm sharing with love because we all are tempted with vacation travel, parties, etc. and there are lots of stresses associated with that regardless if we go or not.
Travels, parties look great on pictures but it is not so in actuality (often you glad if there is bathroom or stand with healthy food), let's face it they wipe out much needed energy, focus from what is important, and financial resources.
When deciding to travel analyze all your reasons, check with YHVH if that is according to HIS Will and ask for His protection and guidance.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." 1Peter5:8
Slaves of devil are scouting for those who look for fun, want to unleash beast/wild energy, long for spiritual egypt, turn to get last look at sodoma and gomora (remember Lot's wife).
If you on travel use it as an opportunity to praise Holy Father in Heaven and YAHashua TheChrist even if it is sentence here and there (i.e. pray before food, quote from Holy Bible). That also clears away many energy vampires if you know what I mean, for they cannot stand that.
Pray out loud psalm 91 below is copy, {when comes to me I say this psalm for the most part in present tense ( tenses in biblical hebrew are not as in our modern fallen/simple languages ) and in 1st person}:
"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say to the YHVH, “You are my refuge and my fortress,
my Elohim, in whom I trust.”
Surely He will deliver you
from the snare of the fowler,
and from the deadly plague.
He will cover you with His feathers;
under His wings you will find refuge;
His faithfulness is a shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of the night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the calamity that destroys at noon.
Though a thousand may fall at your side,
and ten thousand at your right hand,
no harm will come near you.
You will only see it with your eyes
and witness the punishment of the wicked.
Because you have made YHVH your dwelling—
my refuge, the Most High—

They will lift you up in their hands,

you will trample the young lion and serpent.
“Because he loves Me, I will deliver him;
because he knows My name, I will protect him.
When he calls out to Me,
I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble.
I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life I will satisfy him

For the most part I hold my travel on short leash till my only Ruler YAHashua TheChrist comes back and heals world. How awesome will be travel than! I look forward to it
