This is a fascinating look into the world of physics in the Garden of Eden and what occurred when Adam and Eve sinned. Here are some filters you can apply when choosing your food!
Food for Thought
And the Lord G‑d planted a garden eastward, in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground made the Lord G‑d to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. (Genesis 2:8–9).
We can extract several key points in determining where we should be eating certain foods:
Does the food come from the ground or from a laboratory?
Is the food naturally pleasant to the eyes?
Is the food good for health or poison?
Does the fruit of the food come from forbidden technology or God's wisdom?
And the Lord G‑d said: “Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil; and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever.” Therefore, the Lord G‑d sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. (Genesis 3:22–23)
Does the fruit contain immortality, not intended for man?
Think about these simple filters to help you choose healthy, nutrient-dense food from God.
Blessings of health and good taste,
Celeste
